    I Want You Near
     
    I want you near me all the time
    Yet we have to work
    And make it through
    Till we are reunited daily
     
    My thoughts keep lingering to you
    What are you doing this moment
    What are you doing in the next
    I am safe my love
    Are you safe
     
    I cannot get you off my mind
    Do you think of me like this I ask
    I love you is the reason I want you near
    So I hope you think of me the same
    As I do you my dear
     
    I want you near me as if its a hunger
    I want to run to yours arms
    And inhale your scent
    And set your traits into my mind
    As I comb my fingers into your hair
    As we kiss
    My mind wildly running
    Knowing you are mine
     
    I want you near me
    Never to let you go
    To share you with no one
    Just to intwine your body into mine
    For us to exist as one in body and mind
     
    But though I want you near
    I have to let you go at times
    I want our love to freely shine
    Not too make you a prisoner of love
    Who would want to run from me
    And my love
     
    I hope you think of me dear love
    In these ways and many more
    I want our love to grow and grow
    To become a love for all times
    As Adam and Eve
    Or Romeo and Juliet
     
    Our love will go on and on with time
    As wedding rings that go round and round forever
    Our love true and pure as gold rings are made of
    Blessed by God we shall be
    God, husband, wife
    We shall be
