Could I be Like My Christ

Could I be Like My Christ

As I lean upon my cross,

Which reprisents my Christ,

I think upon how I'd like to be more,

Like my Christ.

I look out and think,

Just what did He see,

With His eyes ?

Could I have seen it all with the love He had ?

And what did my Lord hear,

As He was being abused ?

Could I have heard and be able to feel,

All the love and hatred of others,

He had felt ?

And what of how great He spoke !

Father please forgive them,

They know not what they do !

Could I have spoke in such a great way ?

How much did my Jesus know,

As time of His abuse went on ?

Would I have been able to know,

What He knew,

And would I have suffered as long as He ?

Hanging from that tree,

All tattered and torn as He was ?

So I lean upon my cross,

And know,

No I cannot see, hear, speak, know,

Or suffer as well as my Lord !

But I can see, hear, speak, and know,

Through my Fathers word of His Son's,

Bravery and Heroism and Love !

And I also Think,

I hope I can be Like my Christ,

And be able to fulfill God my Father's will for me !

That is a Christians dream ! To have Christ Jesus Our Saviour Show in US, and in our lives in our daily tasks ! Once we reach Heaven we Hope to Hear JESUS Say well done good and Faithfull servant !

We do not have to be servants ! God planned for us to be in His Kingdome to partake from His table and all in His Reign ! But a good and faithfull christian Wants to serve free willingly ! Thats what God Loves ! For us to Free Willingly Want to Love Him ! Want to do all He set us to do ! Free Will is wonderful ! Thank god For His Purposes Fullfilled !

If you Do not know Christ Jesus the One and only son of God !

It is as simple as saying a prayer as this one !

Lord Jesus Forgive me my sins.

Come into my life !

By my free will I ------(name) serve Thee,

and will follow Thee all my days !

In Jesus Mighty name !- Amen !

Then tell someone you know, find a church and tell someone there, Or tell anyone really !

It is the act by speaking forth in FAITh, you have changed Your whole Life By excepting Jesus as Savior !

And His Father has now become your Father ! THEE "I AM" is His Name ! "Jehoveh" !

Glad to have you as my new sister or Brother in Christ !
